Responsibilities
- Develop and execute automated duplicate check tests for applicants entering the interview phase.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure the smooth integration of testing tools and processes.
- Monitor and analyze test results, identifying any potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all testing activities and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding applicant screening and data privacy.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the status and effectiveness of the automated duplicate check tests.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in applicant screening and testing.
- Assist in training and educating HR personnel on the use and importance of automated duplicate checks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the testing process.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless applicant experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages and database management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Familiarity with HR processes and applicant screening procedures is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
- Proficiency in using various testing tools and methodologies.
