✅Validating Claims Against Policy Information:
Dive into the details! You’ll meticulously review claims submitted by policyholders, ensuring they align with policy terms. Your expertise will play a crucial role in verifying indemnity and accuracy.
📊 Maintaining Claims Allocation:
Efficiently distribute claims within our team. Timely allocation ensures that each claim receives prompt attention and appropriate handling.
📬 Managing Diary and Post Allocations:
Handle incoming correspondence related to claims processing. Prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and ensure seamless communication.
📋 Monthly Audits and 121 Meetings:
Conduct regular audits to assess team performance, adherence to processes, and compliance. One-on-one meetings with team members allow for feedback, growth, and alignment.
🌐Staff Training:
Contribute to the professional development of your team. Provide training sessions on claims handling procedures, customer service, and technical skills.
Knowledge and Abilities:
🚗Motor Claims Experience:
Your familiarity with motor insurance claims is essential. Understanding vehicle-related incidents, repair processes, and liability assessments will set you up for success.
💻Computer Literacy and CQ Understanding:
