As a QA Engineer specializing in AI, you will be responsible for designing and executing end-to-end quality assurance strategies across AI and data platforms. You will work with developers, data scientists, and ML engineers to test everything from algorithm outputs to data pipelines and application interfaces. This position requires both a deep technical understanding of AI workflows and strong analytical thinking to identify edge cases, biases, and inconsistencies in intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies for AI-powered applications and digital platforms.
• Design, automate, and execute test cases for both frontend and backend systems, ensuring seamless CI/CD integration.
• Validate machine learning models for performance, accuracy, bias, and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and testing objectives.
• Conduct regression, load, and stress testing to guarantee system stability.
• Track, document, and manage defects, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
• Continuously refine testing processes and introduce automation to improve speed and reliability.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4–8 years of professional experience in QA or software testing, ideally within AI-driven or data-centric environments.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, automation tools, and QA frameworks.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• Experience with tools like Selenium, PyTest, Cypress, Postman, or similar.
• Familiarity with the machine learning lifecycle — from data validation to model evaluation.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
