THE ROLE

Triple A Plus is a comprehensive front-office portfolio management application designed for wealth management, specifically for managing high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals
Temenos Wealth Front Office provides comprehensive investment management capabilities, covering profile, modelling, performance attribution, risk, and compliance – all delivered with a unique depth of capability. It has ready-to-use workflows which can be modified and extended to suit your needs.
In this role, you will design, develop, and manage robust, scalable, and secure backend systems using Java, Spring Boot and RESTful APIs. You should have strong expertise in, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs and microservices architecture, along with solid experience in database design, performance optimization, and cloud integration. You will also be expected to demonstrate proven leadership skills, mentor junior developers, and deliver high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives.

 
OPPORTUNITIES
  • Design, develop and manage robust, scalable, and secure backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Create and manage microservices for modular and maintainable application design.
  • Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
  • Optimize SQL queries and handle database schema design.
  • Configure Spring Security for authentication and authorization.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with front-end teams, product owners, and QA engineers in Agile environments.
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement performance tuning.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical architecture discussions.
 
SKILLS
  • BE/BTech graduate with 10–12 years of experience as a Java and Spring Framework developer, specializing in the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications.
  • Experience in Java, SQL, JavaScript languages, Frameworks: Spring, , Spring MVC, Spring Security, JWT, Microservices: RESTful APIs, Spring Cloud & Databases: Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Hands on experience on Version Control: Git, Bitbucket
  • Exposure on DevOps & Build Tools: Maven & Testing: JUnit,  Postman, Selenium
  • Basic Understanding of Design Patterns, CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with Triple ‘A Plus (TAP) or Banking domain will be considered an added advantage
