Key Responsibilities:

1. Training & Development

  • Design, plan, and implement induction and ongoing training programs for nursing and paramedical staff based on organizational needs.

  • Conduct regular in-service education sessions, workshops, and hands-on skill training in line with current nursing practices and hospital protocols.

  • Develop and maintain annual training calendars in coordination with the Nursing Superintendent and Unit Nursing Leads.

  • Deliver targeted training on specialized areas such as infection control, patient safety, code blue management, biomedical waste management, and medication safety.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, audits, and feedback mechanisms, and identify improvement areas.

2. Competency Management
