Account Executive- Furniture Division 


AOI is growing, and we’re looking for a dynamic Account Executive to join our Furniture Division. What You’ll Do

  • Drive New Business: Proactively identify, pursue, and close opportunities with new clients in target markets.
  • Grow Key Accounts: Nurture and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring loyalty and maximizing long-term value.
  • Compete to Win: Embrace the challenge of high standards and bring a closer’s mindset to every interaction.
  • Own the Sales Cycle: From prospecting and presentations to proposals and closing the deal, you’re in control.
  • Collaborate for Delivery: Partner with project managers, designers, and operations to ensure the promises you make are delivered seamlessly.
  • Represent AOI: Build AOI’s visibility and influence by networking at client meetings, industry events, and community functions.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in B2B sales with measurable results in new business development (commercial furniture or related industry preferred).
  • A natural connector who quickly earns trust with decision-makers.
  • Competitive, ambitious, and goal-oriented — you thrive on high standards and personal achievement.
  • Confidence in presentations, proposals, and closing deals.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with speed and precision.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and industry-relevant software.
