- Manage Capital Raise Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns for private equity and real estate offerings, from creative brief through post-launch reporting.
- Client-Facing Strategy: Interface directly with clients (fund managers, syndicators, developers) to understand investment goals and translate them into actionable marketing plans.
- Creative Coordination: Work with internal and external creative teams on ad copy, design, video, and PR packages that align with brand voice and compliance standards.
- Email Marketing & Automation: Build and manage investor journeys, nurture campaigns, and drip sequences within our CRM system (GoHighLevel-based).
- Ad Campaign Management: Oversee paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, ensuring performance optimization and compliance.
- Social Media & Content Oversight: Direct organic and paid strategies for brand positioning and investor engagement.
- Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign data, track investor funnel metrics, and present insights that drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner closely with CRM developers, designers, and account managers to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in financial services, private equity, real estate investing, or wealth management.
- Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of email automation, lead funnels, and investor journey mapping.
- Experience managing creative teams (designers, videographers, writers).
- Proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools like GA4, Looker Studio, or HubSpot.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — you’ll be client-facing and speaking directly with executives and investors.
- Familiarity with SEC/FINRA compliance, Reg D offerings, and investment marketing regulations.
- Experience using GoHighLevel or similar marketing automation platforms.
