Pay Range: $65,000 - $95,000
The Sr. Product Manager, eCommerce is accountable for the business strategy and execution of Tempur Sealy’s commerce and brand/product consideration that is driven through digital channels. This includes P&L management, merchandising strategies, promotional planning, and assortment, brand and promotional communication in all digital channels so that financial objectives are achieved/exceeded while also supporting broader multi-channel strategies. The role is also responsible for conceiving and developing merchandising strategies and initiatives unique to E-Commerce. Using E-Commerce best practices, this individual will direct the selection for online features and create appropriate merchandise and marketing concepts. This role also plays a critical role in providing valuable insights from direct selling to the corporate assortment and product development pipeline.
What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):
- Analyze site, sales, industry, category, and macro data to drive merchandising strategy for digital channels.
- Drive and manage the P&L through annual assortment and financial planning/analysis and ongoing financial forecasting.
- Develop product placement, promotional and editorial strategies to maximize sales and margin contribution and brand/product consideration across TSI digital channels and brands.
- Work with partners to execute tactics in support of strategies
- Provide input as a stakeholder in the coordinated direct channel (flagship stores, call center, digital) promotional cadence
- Partner with internal marketing partners (brand, asset management, CRM, social) to create interest and drive traffic to digital touch points.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Brand Marketing stakeholders to plan for and develop the presentation/presence of products across digital experiences.
- Create and manage digital engagement campaigns (to drive sales, leads, sign-ups, etc.) in addition to bringing to life the digital channel components of campaigns in support of other corporate, brand marketing, product marketing, and CRM activities.
- Develop effective business relationships across the organization and lead divisional initiatives in cross-functional teams in order to meet P&L objectives.
- Perform competitive site benchmarking on digital content, breadth, organization and presentation.
- Create/refine management reporting content/process/data of digital business
- Perform other duties as assigned.
