Are you an experienced sales professional with profound knowledge of the industrial and energy markets? We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead business growth, enhance customer relationships, and achieve outstanding results in the Central UK and/or South West regions. (The location is not critical)
Your Tasks:
Grow market share to achieve and exceed sales targets by conducting industrial site assessments and identifying new opportunities
Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and ensure a strong market presence
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding and fulfilling their needs
Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports to the management team and provide realistic forecasts
Identify emerging markets and trends while staying informed about new products and competitor activities
Collaborate with internal teams and management to plan and execute sales and marketing initiatives aligned with business strategy
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project pipelines using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Your Profile:
Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the industrial sector (Energy, HVAC, MEP, Insulation) or related industries
Degree in mechanical engineering or similar technical discipline is strongly desired
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and nurture customer relationships at all levels
Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast, plan, and report effectively
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and experience in managing project pipelines
Adept at working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and engaging in market research to identify growth opportunities
Knowledge of insulation products or similar technical solutions is advantageous
