Are you an experienced sales professional with profound knowledge of the industrial and energy markets? We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead business growth, enhance customer relationships, and achieve outstanding results in the Central UK and/or South West regions. (The location is not critical)

Your Tasks:

  • Grow market share to achieve and exceed sales targets by conducting industrial site assessments and identifying new opportunities

  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and ensure a strong market presence

  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding and fulfilling their needs

  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports to the management team and provide realistic forecasts

  • Identify emerging markets and trends while staying informed about new products and competitor activities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and management to plan and execute sales and marketing initiatives aligned with business strategy

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project pipelines using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)

Your Profile:

  • Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the industrial sector (Energy, HVAC, MEP, Insulation) or related industries

  • Degree in mechanical engineering or similar technical discipline is strongly desired

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and nurture customer relationships at all levels

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast, plan, and report effectively

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and experience in managing project pipelines

  • Adept at working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and engaging in market research to identify growth opportunities

  • Knowledge of insulation products or similar technical solutions is advantageous
