Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
  • Conduct client meetings to assess energy requirements and present tailored solar solutions.
  • Perform site visits and surveys to gather necessary technical data.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop technical proposals, BOQs, and quotations.
  • Guide clients with technical insights and provide system performance estimates.
  • Manage and track sales pipelines through CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle—from inquiry to installation and post-sales support.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, solar technologies, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Studies, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in solar or renewable energy sales preferred.
  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems, net metering, and basic system design.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and basic solar design tools.
