Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
- Conduct client meetings to assess energy requirements and present tailored solar solutions.
- Perform site visits and surveys to gather necessary technical data.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop technical proposals, BOQs, and quotations.
- Guide clients with technical insights and provide system performance estimates.
- Manage and track sales pipelines through CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle—from inquiry to installation and post-sales support.
- Stay informed on industry trends, solar technologies, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Studies, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in solar or renewable energy sales preferred.
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, net metering, and basic system design.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently, with effective time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and basic solar design tools.
