Job Description:

The Maintenance Team Lead at Fidelity Bank is responsible for overseeing and executing a wide range of maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of bank properties, particularly in our Northeast market. The ideal candidate will have expertise in one or more of the following: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC. This role includes managing vendor relationships, coordinating preventative maintenance, supervising maintenance staff, and handling purchasing and fleet management. The position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service aligned with Fidelity’s Core Values and Model Experience. The Team Lead also plays a key role in compliance, training, and cross-departmental coordination to support operational efficiency and safety.
