The Mansion at Rosemont is a boutique senior living community located on The Main Line. We're looking for a Billing & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! This position is responsible for the accurate, timely filing, collection, and management of all private pay billing, as well as maintaining and managing staff schedules within PointClickCare.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Full-Time, 37.5 hours
up to $24.00 / hour based on candidate experience
A day in the life may include:
Presents and maintains a positive customer service focus
Ensure accurate and timely private pay billing for all care levels
Manage and update employee schedules in PointClickCare
Respond to resident and staff scheduling queries
Collect and record private pay payments and deposits as needed
Prepare and maintain documentation/collection notes for monthly accounts receivable reviews
Collaborate with department leaders to ensure adequate staffing coverage
To be successful in the role, you would have:
High focus on customer service and maintaining positive relationships with residents and staff
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience handling complex billing and collection issues
Experience using PointClickCare or similar scheduling software is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to operate various automated office machines
