Community Director en H.G. Fenton Company

Required Experience:

• Two to four years experience as a residential property manager with profit and loss responsibility
• Management skills (interviewing, evaluating performance, discipline, coaching, team building)
• Passionate and enthusiastic about making a positive impact on people
• Sales and Marketing experience
• Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Valid California driver's license, clean driving record and insurance required
• Able to meet all physical requirements with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Must have a credit history that demonstrates sound financial decision making, responsibility and reliability
