Boeing Global Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Operations Integrator Manager to manage employees and first-level managers across multiple skill areas within our Define and Produce organizations. The ideal candidate will develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies, and procedures, while providing strategic input on business and technical objectives. Position is located in Jacksonville, FL.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of employees and first-level managers, fostering a collaborative work environment.

• Develop and implement departmental plans, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.

• Acquire and allocate resources effectively for departmental activities.

• Provide technical and operational oversight, helping to drive process improvements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.

• Oversee and approve technical approaches, products, and processes to ensure quality and compliance.

• Motivate and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance management.

• Collaborate with the Field Operations Director and peers to integrate large-scale projects and facilitate strategic objectives.

This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience): 

• Experience working in a field operations environment

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills

• 5+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools

• 5+ years of experience in management or relevant leadership experience

• 5+ years of experience using Project Management Methodologies, including developing project plans, managing issues and risks

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Experience support USG and International Military Customers

Summary pay range: $129,200 – $174,800
