What’s in it for you?
  • Deposit biweekly customer checks and maintain the check log with all relevant details.
  • Support swag curation and distribution for various internal events such as leadership off-sites, company kickoffs, and Annual Day celebrations.
  • Coordinate and support employee onboarding and offboarding processes in partnership with HR and IT to ensure a smooth experience for new joiners and leavers.
  • Assist in planning and executing team events, celebrations, and engagement activities in alignment with company culture.
  • Collaborate effectively across multiple departments and global time zones (especially with our team in Pune, India).
  • Provide occasional executive support to founders and senior leaders, including travel coordination, calendar management, and booking conference rooms across WeWork locations nationwide.
  • Manage confidential or time-sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Partner with the IT team to manage IT assets in the SF office - including shipping replacement laptops and receiving equipment from offboarded employees.
  • Handle general office administration, including managing incoming mail, packages, and voicemail messages.
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks and special projects aligned with the role to support overall workplace operations and business needs.


  • We’d love to hear from you, if you:
  • Hybrid role: Must be in the office at least twice per week, with flexibility to come in more often as required.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in office management, facilities coordination, or event planning.
  • Familiarity with HR onboarding and offboarding processes is required.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive, creative team player who brings energy and a “can-do” attitude to every interaction.
