Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and service guest rooms according to established standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies

- Ensure all amenities and linens are properly stocked and maintained

- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly

- Follow safety and sanitation policies to maintain a clean and safe environment

- Assist with special guest requests and provide excellent customer service

- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, public areas, and storage closets

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not required

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and efficiently

- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor

- Physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
