What We’re Looking For:
Leadership and Oversight: Take charge of field teams, focusing on safety, training, and operations to develop leaders and achieve organizational goals.
Production Responsibilities: Own the planning, execution, and closure of jobs, ensuring seamless operations and team member development.
Communication and Coordination: Foster effective communication with managers and coordinators, document daily production, and coordinate with other specialists for smooth logistics.
Logistics and Inventory: Manage logistics, inventory levels, facility maintenance, and vehicle maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
Personnel Management: Conduct reviews, journaling, and disciplinary actions to ensure your team excels and achieves its best.

Qualifications You Bring:
Operational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage job workflows, prioritize tasks, and drive efficiency across multiple projects.

Leadership and Training: Proven leadership experience, with a knack for teaching, training, and motivating teams.

Requirements
Industry Experience: Knowledge of proper pack out, moving, storage, and take back of contents, effective and proven job management skills, familiarity with our referrals’ structural restoration process, and understanding of contents evaluation and cleaning.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in current business software technologies.
Excellence Skills: Customer service, leadership, operations, logistics, and both verbal and written communication skills.
Result-Driven Attitude: Strong business acumen with a process and results-driven mindset.
