NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration or working towards completion;
Experience in the Commercial property industry;
Strong financial analysis experience on tenancy related information;
General knowledge of local Sydney office market; and
Knowledge of Yardi (desirable) or other similar Property Management system
About the Role
The primary responsibility of the Assistant Property Manager is to assist with the day-to-day management of the NSW portfolio. Working closely with the Regional Property Manager, this role will complete all administrative tasks to support the Property team with their strategic goals, including but not limited to:
Responsible for the management of general commercial property administration, such as lease administration and financial management procedures;
Maintain and update tenancy schedules;
Assist with tenant liaison and requests.
Prepare monthly reports including financial analysis, diary report and client requests;
Monitor all income records to ensure invoices are sent out correctly and in a timely manner to tenants;
Monitor and manage tenant rental arrears, liaising with tenants to ensure prompt resolution of any issues and minimise outstanding debts.
Assist in instructions to prepare and finalise leases;
Develop a detailed knowledge of all leases within the portfolio to ensure compliance of landlord and tenant.
Support the property team in delivering tenant engagement initiatives, including sustainability programs, building activations, and community events, to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
