What’s on offer?
We are looking for a full-time Operator / Labourer to join our Stabilisation Division. This position will be based at our Rutherford depot, however, will be operating across the Hunter Region and outlying areas, including regional NSW. This full-time role will primarily involve undertaking the stabilisation process, incorporating manual labour, and operating machinery as required. The successful candidates must have the ability to operate machines such as padfoot rollers, smooth drum rollers and posi track/skid steer. They must also contribute to a large portion of labouring in which is required in this role.
While previous experience in stabilisation is preferred, candidates from related industries are encouraged to apply, with training provided to the successful applicant.
The successful candidate will:
- Have relevant industry experience
- Have a flexible attitude and willingness to adapt to new situations to meet the needs of the business
- Have Earthworks experience (desirable)
- Have a strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Be a focused, reliable team player
- Have the ability to multi-task
- Have construction induction card (white card)
- Have current drivers Licence – HR / MR licence preferred
- Have the ability to travel and spend a large portion of time away from home
