The Role
We are in search for a Procure-to-Pay or Source-to-Pay SME to support the business from within the procurement operations team in maintaining P2P ERP system, process documents, training, and on/offboarding of employees and ensuring governance and controls are adhered to.
The role will also provide support to the Group Procurement Operations Manager by contributing and implementing ideas on governance and solutions for continuous improvement relevant to source to pay.
Other responsibilities
Supporting the business with queries and provide guidance with the system.
Be the designated site SME for the Procure to Pay Process
Ensure Governance and controls are adhered to
Manage business expectations and ensure relationships with stakeholders are maintained
Analyse data and work to continuously improve service delivery process through automation.
About you
Experience in Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay processes
Previous experience in a similar role within procurement/ procurement operations /accounts payable
Intermediate to advance Excel Skills and ideally have exposure to SAP or automated P2P systems
Understand the backend functionality to S2P/P2P software to translate to business stakeholders
Excellent verbal, and written communication and stakeholder management – ability to delivery training. Exposure to fast-paced environment – good time management and multi-tasking skills.
