The Job:
OMG23 | Disney Entertainment Account | Strategy
OMG23 is looking for an Integrated Associate Director to lead the strategic direction of innovative, cross-channel campaigns for world-class entertainment clients. You’ll bridge strategy, media, and creativity—guiding teams across digital, social, and traditional channels to deliver work that moves audiences and drives results. You’ll partner closely with clients and internal experts to translate brand goals into powerful, connected media strategies. You’ll stay ahead of culture and technology trends, mentor talent, and shape the future of integrated marketing at OMG23.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead development of data-driven, audience-first media strategies across digital and offline channels
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal partners across activation, social, search, and project management
- Stay on top of emerging trends, technologies, and platforms—bringing fresh ideas and POVs to inspire clients and teams
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance to ensure excellence and alignment with client goals
- Manage and mentor a collaborative team of media professionals, fostering curiosity, growth, and innovation
- Translate insights and campaign learnings into actionable recommendations for clients and agency teams
- Guide annual and campaign budgets with precision and strategic foresight
You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- 4+ years of integrated media experience (digital and offline)
- A solid understanding of all media types, including Broadcast, Print, Outdoor and Digital
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and key media tools; familiarity with syndicated research and ad serving platforms a plus
- Curious about emerging tech, evolving platforms, and audience behavior
- Clear and confident communicator—equally strong in writing, presenting, and leading conversations with clients and teammates.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments, staying flexible and adaptable when timelines shift
- You take a proactive approach to problem-solving, using critical thinking to find smart solutions
- You’re comfortable coaching teammates and contributing to a collaborative, supportive team culture
- Strong presentation skills and know how to engage an audience with a compelling story

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
