Specific Job Details:

• Opening start now 
• Using APTA Fund  Software (training provided) 

Brief Job Duties:

1. Reviews requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices/requests for accuracy in amount and all other information.
2. Inputs all Invoices for three districts and prepares weekly batches for payment processing
3. Reconciles Vendor Statements and resolves discrepancies directly with vendors
4. Monitor and coordinate the purchasing process to include the maintenance of cost control procedures such as proper coding and accurate weekly reports.
5. Provide training and guidance to school administrative secretaries in the areas of purchasing.
6. Responsible for all vendor maintenance including creating new vendors for A/P.
7. Processess annual 1099's
