Job Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Validation Engineer to support end-to-end ERP implementation and validation activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing or medical device environments and proven expertise in computer systems validation (CSV), documentation, and requirements management.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ERP implementation and validation initiatives, ensuring systems meet both business and regulatory standards.
• Develop and execute detailed test scripts to verify system functionality and data flow accuracy.
• Conduct and document Computer Systems Validation (CSV) processes following industry best practices.
• Manage requirements planning, integration, and traceability across cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and maintain thorough validation, testing, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system readiness, issue resolution, and smooth deployment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (implementation and validation).
• Expertise in writing test scripts, managing data flow, and maintaining detailed documentation.
• In-depth knowledge of CSV methodologies and compliance frameworks.
• Proven background in requirements management within regulated industries.
• Experience in manufacturing or medical device environments is required.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
