Job Purpose

We are seeking a seasoned Security Analyst to strengthen our global cybersecurity posture. This role is pivotal in identifying, assessing, and managing security risks across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will blend deep technical understanding with governance and risk management expertise to drive effective remediation and measurable improvements in our security landscape.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in enterprise-wide risk reduction initiatives across business and technology domains.
  • Analyze complex systems, architectures, and operational processes to identify and address cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and track risk mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct root cause analyses of recurring security issues and develop sustainable corrective actions.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of GRC metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor risk remediation progress.
  • Act as a liaison between Cybersecurity and IT teams to ensure effective prioritization and alignment on risk mitigation tasks.
  • Contribute to post-incident reviews and root cause analyses to identify residual risks and drive preventive improvements.
  • Stay informed about emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and evolving regulatory standards.
  • Promote cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) best practices throughout the organization.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in GRC, security engineering, or risk management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity risk and compliance frameworks such as NIST-CSF, COBIT, ISO27001, or Data Privacy standards.
  • Proven success in identifying and mitigating security risks in complex, large-scale environments.
  • Experience collaborating with red/blue/purple teams or similar security operations groups.
  • In-depth understanding of enterprise IT systems, networks, and cloud architectures.
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM technologies and associated security risks is an asset.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow GRC/IRM systems preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, Security+, or CDPSE are a plus.
  • Highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and self-driven.
