Our software platform enables our partners to extend their value proposition by offering flexible financing products in their own branding, to their merchant base, without capital at risk.

We are headquartered in London, UK, but are also present in several European countries as well as the United States where we service our partners, including eBay, Amazon, Just Eat, Shopify, and Stripe.

The Role 

To meet the growing demand for our technology and services, we are now seeking a Sales Team Leader to join our sales department. Being one of the fastest growing Fintech businesses globally we are looking for an exceptionally talented and self-motivated individual. You will be responsible for working with key stakeholders to build out an outbound function for the YouLend Sales team and will be instrumental in defining how success is achieved, measured and surpassed month on month.

Requirements

Responsibilities: 

• Leading a team of between 6-10 account managers.
• Ensure your team deliver great customer outcomes by providing a great service, whilst hitting their targets and staying motivated.
• Be instrumental in the development of your team through both on-desk and off-desk coaching, training and feedback.
• Monitor your team performance, both by working with them and guiding them on how to increase their efficiency and maximise results.
• Working with our merchants, helping handle any managerial escalations from your team, including complaints.
• Working on projects with internal stakeholders throughout the business to improve Sales processes and help your team sell more, more efficiently!

The ideal candidate will have the following skillset:  

•   Experienced in Sales, having at least 1-2 years of short Sales cycle selling.
• Experience in leading Salespeople: whether as a mentor or a formal leadership role.
• Passionate about building a high-performing team and committed to supporting the development of the people within it.
• In the detail and able to identify and communicate trends in performance.
• Sociable, with a desire to work in a company with a great culture.
• Not afraid of a challenge, rather, you are looking for one!

Salary Range: £47,500 + £12,500 OTE Bonus
