Aspen Trace is now hiring an Home Health Aide for our Assisted Living for Part time Day/Eve Weekend Option.  We offer daily and weekly pay options!

About the Role

As a Home Health Aide (HHA) for Aspen Trace, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents during the night shift. Your primary responsibility will be to provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in an assisted living environment, ensuring their safety and comfort. You will assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, while also monitoring their health and well-being. This position requires a strong commitment to maintaining a supportive and respectful atmosphere for all residents. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to fostering a nurturing community where residents feel valued and cared for.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Help residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship to enhance their emotional well-being.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide training program.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in assisted living or home health care.
  • Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
