That's where you come in. We're on the lookout for an empathetic, mission-driven, and strategic HR Manager to lead a vibrant and expanding team of HR professionals that includes HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Talent Acquisition Recruiters, and HR Generalists.

In this role, you'll inspire and guide your team and our business leaders with clarity, consistency, and insightful coaching. Your leadership will ensure that our People programs don't just support our mission—they accelerate it, fostering an environment where our employees are engaged, empowered, and aligned with our purpose-driven goals.

What you'll own:

  • Lead and Inspire: Build a connected, agile HR team that operates with purpose, urgency, and professionalism. Set goals, coach consistently, and create development pathways that raise the bar.
  • Be the Strategic Link: Partner deeply with key business areas to align talent strategies with operational goals. Understand where the business is headed — and work with the VP of HR, peers, and other HR teammates to develop and implement a HR roadmap to get there.
  • Elevate the People Experience: Oversee core programs like engagement, performance, workforce planning, and leadership development — always with a lens on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Champion Communication: Work hand-in-hand with our Comms Specialist and HRBPs to ensure all people-related messaging reflects our culture, keeps team members informed, and supports positive change.
  • Build for Scale: Drive process improvement, team consistency, and metrics that help us grow wisely. Leverage data and employee feedback to drive better decision-making.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.
  • 7–10+ years in Human Resources, with experience leading teams and advising senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to balance strategy and execution — you know when to zoom out and when to roll up your sleeves.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, rooted in trust, integrity, and humility.
  • Bonus: Experience in high-growth, mission-driven environments.

Our team thrives in person — This is a primarily in-office role (5 days a week), offering flexibility for remote work when circumstances call for it.
