Responsibilities
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Support spend analysis and reporting activities
- Prepare, update and maintain procurement performance reports
Sourcing Process Support
- Assist in the preparation and management of RFIs, RFPs and RFQs
- Document sourcing processes and ensure data accuracy
Supplier & Market Research
- Conduct supplier benchmarking and market research to identify sourcing opportunities
- Support communication and coordination with suppliers during sourcing events
Project & Strategy Support
- Contribute to strategic sourcing projects as a junior team member
- Prepare presentations and summaries for internal stakeholders
- Provide analytical support to the Negotiation Excellence team through data and insights
Tool & System Support
- Assist in maintaining procurement tools and systems
- Contribute to digitalization initiatives such as e-sourcing and automation pilots
- Offer first-level user support and create user documentation
Learning & Development
- Participate in internal training sessions and summarize key learnings
- Support team knowledge-sharing through newsletters or intranet updates
- Shadow senior team members to gain exposure to sourcing and negotiation best practices
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled pursuing a full-time degree in IT, Business Administration (MBA) or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem -solving skills
- Tech-savy with keen interest in digital tools and data-driven work
- Creative mindset and proactive approach to challenges
- Previous experience working in an IT-related role is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Good Communication in English, both written and spoken
