About The Role
Stratus is seeking a highly organized and proactive Construction Administrator Assistant to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about contributing to the success of complex construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
 
- Assist in preparing, tracking, and distributing construction documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes
 - Maintain accurate and organized project files using project management software
 - Facilitate communication between internal teams, contractors, and consultants
 - Support site visits, inspections, and punch list documentation
 
Qualifications
 
- 1–3 years of experience in construction administration or a related field (AEC industry preferred)
 - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools is a plus
 - A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
