About The Role
Stratus is seeking a highly organized and proactive Construction Administrator Assistant to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about contributing to the success of complex construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
 

  • Assist in preparing, tracking, and distributing construction documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes
  • Maintain accurate and organized project files using project management software
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, contractors, and consultants
  • Support site visits, inspections, and punch list documentation

Qualifications
 

  • 1–3 years of experience in construction administration or a related field (AEC industry preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools is a plus
  • A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
