- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
 
- One year experience in building renovation maintenance.
 
- Performs routine maintenance and repair required to keep the building and equipment in good working order.
 - Monitors building and equipment renovations, remodeling or replacement projects done by contractors.
 - Participates in painting, redecorating, carpentry, concrete and masonry projects.
 - Performs other tasks as assigned.
 
- Demolition
 - Minor Carpentry – door and hardware replacement, cabinet installation, ceiling tile, handrails, wall brackets, handicap grab bars, minor trim
 - Drywall patch and repair
 - Painting
 - Minor plumbing – toilet and sink replacement
 - Minor electrical – light fixture, switch and receptacle replacement
