Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to internal associates, agents, and vendors. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming experience for all customers. This position will be in office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and assist on-site visitors, determine the nature of their business, and notify the appropriate associate
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
  • Monitor visitor access and issue guest passes as needed
  • Manage reservations for SECURA fleet vehicles used for associate business travel
  • Support internal meeting room scheduling and respond to related inquiries
  • Assist with basic telecommunications system administration
  • Assist with coordinating special events
  • Fill short-term support gaps across departments as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support office operations

QUALIFICATIONS:
ESSENTIAL:

  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Products – including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • High school diploma or GED required

PREFERRED:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
