Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to internal associates, agents, and vendors. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming experience for all customers. This position will be in office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist on-site visitors, determine the nature of their business, and notify the appropriate associate
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Monitor visitor access and issue guest passes as needed
- Manage reservations for SECURA fleet vehicles used for associate business travel
- Support internal meeting room scheduling and respond to related inquiries
- Assist with basic telecommunications system administration
- Assist with coordinating special events
- Fill short-term support gaps across departments as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned to support office operations
QUALIFICATIONS:
ESSENTIAL:
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Products – including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or GED required
PREFERRED:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
