The Opportunity
Join Astorg's Digital Operations team for a six-month internship. The Operations team supports our portfolio companies in designing and executing their value-creation strategies. You’ll work on hands-on Digital, Tech, Data, and AI initiatives alongside senior stakeholders from portfolio companies and Astorg's Operations and Investment teams.

What you will be doing
- Run cross-portfolio communities and events. Own logistics and content for the Digital Leadership Community, which convenes portfolio companies’ digital, tech, data, and operations leaders. Manage agendas, speakers, notes, and follow-ups for learning sessions and short learning expeditions.
- Help execute strategic digital projects with portfolio management teams. Provide PMO support and issue tracking, keep plans moving, prepare steering materials, and unblock decisions. Illustrative past projects include driving AI adoption in software development across the portfolio (identifying use cases, setting up technology partnerships for tool rollout, supporting change management, and tracking outcomes) or supporting e-commerce expansion for a B2B company (defining strategic vision, roadmap, and OKRs).
- Build and maintain analytics and insights dashboards. Track adoption, value, and delivery metrics for initiatives, and turn data into clear recommendations.
- Contribute to the digital value-creation playbook. Develop frameworks, checklists, templates, and case studies based on portfolio initiatives and insights from the Operations team’s experts.
- Vendor and tool evaluation. Coordinate rapid assessments of tools addressing portfolio needs (e.g., data and analytics platforms, martech, HR tech, engineering productivity).
- Executive communication. Draft clear, concise updates for portfolio company C-suites and Astorg partners.
What you bring
Education
- Master’s degree in progress (Business, Engineering, Data/CS, or similar) from a top-tier school or university, currently in your final year, with prior experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., consulting, tech delivery).
Skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to drive timelines and follow-ups.
- Analytical rigor (Excel) and clear storytelling (PowerPoint); proficiency with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot).
- Excellent communication in English and French.
- Genuine interest in Digital, Tech, Data, and AI and their business impact.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with modern digital stacks (cloud/SaaS), data/BI tools, collaboration apps (Notion, Coda, Miro), and emerging tech.
- Experience running events or communities.
