37.5 hours/5 Days per week.
From October 2025 to January 2026
What Will You Do?
- Having a customer first style approach to all tasks and showing great skills at resolving issues and resolutions.
- Providing an outstanding customer experience for our customers.
- Answering customer queries via phone, email, chat & social media
- Assisting with ticket management when an issue needs to be raised to I.T. - follow up is essential.
- Ensure that any customer data is handled in accordance with GDPR regulations
- Ensuring team KPIs are met
