About the Role:

The Network Administration & Computer Support role is responsible for maintaining secure and efficient network operations, providing end-user technical support, and assisting with business systems including Office 365 and ERP platforms. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the stability and performance of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain local and cloud-based networks (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs)
  • Monitor network performance, uptime, and security
  • Configure and support servers, workstations, and mobile devices
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Support Office 365 applications (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Assist with ERP system access, basic troubleshooting, and workflow improvements
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and backups
  • Maintain and manage Active Directory, including user provisioning and group policy
  • Document procedures and maintain IT asset records
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in network administration and computer support
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall configurations
  • Proficiency in Office 365 administration and support
  • Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
  • Familiarity with SQL for basic queries and data troubleshooting
  • Experience managing Active Directory environments
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Sage X3, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus, but not required
  • EDI knowledge and experience is a plus, but not required
