HR Generalist en Sambatv

We are seeking a proactive, detailed oriented seasoned HR Generalist to join our People Operations and Total Rewards Team. This position is located in London, UK and will cover Western Europe. The ideal candidate will support various human resources functions, including, onboarding and off-boarding, total rewards, employee relations processes, compliance, performance management, and HR policy implementation.   Role will also assist director with analytics, metrics, and dashboards.  This role requires a strong understanding of European labor law, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, international environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Manage all facets of HR for Western Europe; handle day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and managers

Administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company guidelines; administer total reward programs for designated countries; work with TPA as appropriate

Handle employee documentation, contracts, amendments, and HRIS data entry/reporting

Support performance management processes, including annual reviews and development plans in close collaboration with HRBPs

Handle onboarding and offboarding employees

Promote a positive work environment and assist in employee engagement activities

Handle payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, bonus, leaves) to TPA

Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date and accurate

Support internal HR projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals

Conduct stay interviews and analyze alongside exit data to provide HR Leaders insights for improving the employee experience

Handle benefits and leaves alongside HRBPs for international employees

Handle visa, immigration & relocation locally under People Ops guidance

Support director with analytics, reporting and HR dashboards.

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

5-7 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist or HR Officer role

Strong knowledge of European labor law and HR compliance, particularly UK

Ability to partner closely with HRBP team

Experience with HR systems and Google docs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluency in English and strong command of English (spoken and written)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a high level of confidentiality

Problem-solving attitude and strong organizational skills
