OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Administrative Coordinator (in-store). This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the store by managing staff administration, client appointment scheduling, and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Onboarding & HR Administration
- Prepare and coordinate onboarding materials for new hires.
- Track and monitor onboarding progress to ensure timely completion.
- Schedule and organize interviews as required.
- Maintain records of timesheets, time-off requests, vacation balances, and attendance in partnership with Store Management.
- Staff Scheduling
- Prepare and update weekly/monthly store staff schedules.
- Ensure adequate coverage to meet business needs while respecting employee availability in partnership with Store Management.
- Communicate schedules and updates to the team in a timely manner.
- Client-Facing Support
- Manage and maintain the client appointment calendar.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Provide administrative support to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Operational Support
- Assist with internal communication and coordination across teams.
- Support store leadership with reporting, tracking, and documentation as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in administrative or office coordination, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and calendar management.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
SALARY RANGE: $23.00-$25.00
