Your Role:

We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive Warehouse Logistics Associate to join our Operations team in a permanent, full-time capacity. This role is key to the smooth day-to-day functioning of our warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The ideal candidate is not only dependable and detail-oriented but also open to learning, adapting, and contributing constructive solutions to improve warehouse efficiency and workflows.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive and accurately process incoming shipments in the ERP system.
  • Verify deliveries against packing slips and report any discrepancies promptly.
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders with care and accuracy.
  • Generate courier consignment notes and coordinate dispatch.
  • Track and trace shipments; liaise with couriers to resolve delivery issues.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Participate in regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
  • Assist in implementing and improving warehouse procedures and systems.
  • Support general logistics, order processing, and inventory tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain role.
  • Experience using SAP or other ERP systems highly regarded.
  • Prior involvement in inventory management and stock control preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience with SAP MM and SD modules or similar ERP systems

Work Environment:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. This job is performed in a shipping/receiving/ warehouse facility within an office building.  While generally this job is performed in temperature-controlled facilities, there are occasions in which this position must work outside, in which temperatures may vary.  This position deals with temperature-controlled materials in which personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required due to extreme temperatures.  Used research/clinical equipment may be handled in this job and strict SOPs and PPE must be worn. All persons performing this job will receive appropriate training prior to engaging in work requiring PPE.
