What you’ll be doing
Gather and prioritize key questions from product, design, engineering and product marketing teams.
Plan and conduct practical, impactful research throughout the entire product cycle from inception to completion, to answer the questions posed above and driving impact.
Gather insights about customers from a variety of research methods, including in-depth interviews, usability studies, diary studies and surveys etc.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative results and convey relevant insights to the appropriate stakeholders in the most engaging and actionable manner.
Work closely with product teams to help them use research insights to make Groww better.
Actively seek opportunities for expanding capacity or optimising workflow with AI product and tools.
Work closely with analytics and data-science to tell a cohesive story about our product.
Act as an internal evangelist for customer and product research.
What you should have
2-4 years of industry experience in driving UX research at product teams.
Experience with qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis for generative and evaluative research.
Experience managing projects involving cross-functional teams
Excellent research execution skills including scoping, moderation, analysis and synthesis.
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Strong story-telling skills and an ability to frame insights into compelling narratives
Familiarity with developing or using product / marketing frameworks to align cross-functional teams.
Experience of working independently with minimal supervision.
Experimenting with various tools, AI to unlock new use-cases in workflow.
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and perform a wide variety of research-related tasks, including recruiting participants, liasioning with agencies, partnering with various teams to collaborate on projects.
