Description:Operational planning, program management and technical consulting expertise to support 9AF (AFCENT)/Force Protection (FP) activities that are designed to enhance and improve actual mission performance within the dynamic environment of United States Air Forces Central (USAFCENT) assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR). Services provided will improve effectiveness in the planning, training, exercising, executing and assessment of 9AF (AFCENT)’s mission responsibilities and maintenance of supporting infrastructures within a constantly changing political and military environment.

Responsibilities:- Assist the FP Director/Deputy Director with resource management/budgetary requirements and training for Security Forces personnel targeted for deployment to USCENTCOM area of operations.
- Assist with resourcing and equipment management in support of USAF personnel and assets deployed to USCENTCOM area of operations.
- This includes assisting with planning, problem solving and making data driven recommendations for the Government to reach decisions regarding the placement and posturing of resources and equipment.
- Provide assistance and be proficient with Mission Partner Identity, Credential and Access Management (MP ICAM) and the Synchronized Predeployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT).
- Assist with ammunition forecasting. Review and recommend approval and denial of forecasts and out-of-cycle request using the Agile Munitions Support Tool (AMST) the Global Munitions Authorization Table (GMAT) for 9AF (AFCENT) Security Forces units.
- Assist in the management of Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) website to include movement of equipment to and from CLS repair facility. Dispose of equipment as needed that has been approved for DRMO by Force Protection.
- Receive and ship equipment through the Traffic Management Office (TMO) to units in the AOR.
- Assist with the management of the 9AF (AFCENT) Military Working Dog (MWD) program. Respond to request for MWD support to other Government agency taskings and provide status updates as necessary.
- Assist in developing Combating Terrorism Readiness Initiative Fund (CbTRIF) funding requests for consideration and submission.
- Assist decision making officials in following recommended course of actions consistent with established budget policies and objectives.
- Attend briefings, meetings, and working groups as a 9AF (AFCENT) Force Protection advisor.
- Attend meetings/conferences within the CONUS in support of mission needs.
- Conduct special studies of financial programs to determine methods of equipment procurement through programs including but not limited to Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Air Force Supply System and AMIC contracting.
- Provide force protection orientation for distinguished visitors and personnel traveling to the USCENTCOM AOR.
- Assist the Director/Deputy Director in managing and completing tasks within the Task Management Tracker (TMT) system.
- Have ability to obtain a US Passport and meet visa requirements for travel OCONUS and to USCENTCOM AOR countries.
- Advise 9AF (AFCENT)/FP and A-staff about research, acquisition, and management of new security or FP technologies for entry control and sensor systems.
- Assist with Unit Security Manager Duties. Maintain an active DISS (or equivalent system) accounts.
- Five (5) years’ experience with financial systems such as FM Suite, Electronic Document Access (EDA), and Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS).
- Five (5) years’ experience with accounting stages and the flow of documents such as commitments, obligations, expenditures unpaid, and expenditures paid.
- Experience with MP ICAM and SPOT.
- U.S. Secret security clearance.
