  • Contact new leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
  • Explain company moving/relocation services clearly and persuasively to potential clients.
  • Provide quotations, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Meet defined performance targets: daily call quotas, weekly appointment bookings, and monthly sales conversion goals.
  • Manage survey appointments and follow up to receive required details (item lists, photos, or videos).
  • Update CRM system with client interactions, quotations, and status updates.
  • Coordinate schedules with the operations team to ensure smooth handover from sales to service delivery.
  • Handle client queries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to build relationships and close deals.
  • Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Hard Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, booking coordination, or customer service (B2C preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with a clear and professional phone manner.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, WhatsApp, and online communication platforms.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/booking targets.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and workflows.
  • Experience in house moving, logistics, or service-based industries.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9AM - 6PM UK Standard Time Zone

Offer and Benefits:

  • $5USD/hour for the first 4 weeks
  • $6USD/hour afterwards
  • HMO coverage after 1 year of employment.
