 Cape Cod Café, home of the original bar-style pizza and a staple in the Brockton community, is looking for a Front of House Manager to lead our team and help drive an exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and ensure every step of service is executed with excellence
• Lead all Front-of-House training and development efforts
• Manage performance of FOH staff through coaching, evaluations, and disciplinary action when needed
• Provide daily feedback and support to key team members, assistant managers, and hourly staff
• Review applications, conduct interviews, and hire or recommend hiring decisions for FOH roles
• Collaborate with General Manager to set weekly schedules , assign tasks, and direct staff before, during, and after service hours
• Create a fun, safe, and engaging work environment by implementing contests, theme nights, and staff incentives
• Oversee reservations, seating flow, table turnover, and guest inquiries to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Prior experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced setting
• A hands-on, team-first attitude with a focus on hospitality
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
