Provide information and resources for customer inquiries as needed, educate customers how to access and utilize online resources for future inquiries.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EMay provide support to monitoring or assistance with pending HR requests to ensure prompt resolution. Follow-up with outstanding inquiries in order of issue age and urgency. Provide research and other information needed to close out the inquiry.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EIdentify and recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness of response center.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EProcesses, reviews, and/or audits various human capital management (HCM) employee transactions.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EDelivers excellent customer service for all preboarding activities; provides status updates to Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers. Completes new hire transactions in applicant tracking system accurately and in a timely manner; initiates pre-employment tasks, such as background check process.
