Description

  • Answer phones in a pleasant and courteous manner. 
  • Setup and maintain Offix filing for AP and Contracts.
  • Mail all invoices, statements and inserts.
  • Prepare conference room for meetings and/or events, ensuring cleanliness, proper setup and availability of necessary supplies      and equipment.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Support sales with proposal efforts as needed.
  • Mailing support for marketing as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Requirements

  

  • Proven experience in a receptionist, front office representative, or administrative assistant role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment, such as multi-line phone systems, copiers, and printers.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
