About the job you’re considering
· 10+ years of techno-functional experience in applications such as SAP Data Management, SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP Data Services (BODS), and SAP Information Steward.
· At least 7 years of experience in a client-facing consulting delivery role managing an onsite/offshore delivery model.
· Experience in MDG configuration of Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, Financial Objects, and Material, with the ability to advise on best practices in SAP EIM / MDG solution stack.
· Strong grasp of data/process modeling, UI Design, derivations, duplicate data checks, and Rule-based Workflow (BRF PLUS).
· Understanding of replication frameworks including data transfer, ALE/IDOC, key & value mapping, and MDG export, import, and conversion of master data.
· Broad view of data platforms used with MDM, such as NetWeaver, XI, Tibco, and ABAP.
· Experience presenting to senior customer leadership is preferred.
Your role
· Lead SAP MDG implementation projects and manage client expectations.
· Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
· Design and configure MDG modules for various master data domains.
· Conduct workshops and training sessions for client teams.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MDG with other SAP modules.
Your skills and experience
· Expertise in SAP MDG configuration and implementation.
· Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
· Proficiency in BRF+ workflow design and UI modeling.
· Experience with data replication and integration frameworks.
· Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
