Position Duties
As a Hearing Officer for Transportation Operations, you bring a strong sense of fairness, precision, and professionalism to every interaction, confidently navigating complex situations while upholding regulatory standards. Your ability to communicate clearly, maintain accurate records, and foster trust across diverse stakeholders makes you a key connector between Massport and the transportation community.
What you will do:
- Coordinate with the State Police Hackney Officer to adjudicate taxi driver violations and record hearing outcomes.
- Research and resolve outstanding violations for ground transportation companies, including conducting hearings and issuing administrative actions as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to track violations, payments, and maintain accurate records for all transportation partners.
- Communicate regularly with taxi, livery, and app-based ride providers, and support parking violation processes as needed.
Minimum Qualifications

- Working knowledge of the taxi, livery, and app-based ride industries.
