Position Duties
As a Senior Executive Assistant, you thrive in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment where precision, discretion, and coordination are key. You’re a trusted partner to senior leadership, skilled at managing complex schedules, streamlining communication, and ensuring operational continuity across teams. Your ability to anticipate needs, maintain confidentiality, and keep detailed records makes you an essential force behind the scenes, driving efficiency and supporting critical functions with professionalism and care.
What you will do:
- Manage daily administrative operations for the Deputy Director of Airport Facilities and senior staff, including scheduling and document coordination.
- Coordinate budget activities, process purchase requisitions, track expenditures, and maintain financial records for the Aviation Facilities Department.
- Oversee compliance and personnel systems, including TAS/Kronos, SIDA applications, badge audits, and movement training tracking.
- Support departmental meetings, legal communications, snow operations, and special events, while supervising interns and temporary staff as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
WHAT YOU OFFER
- Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
- 3–5 years of administrative experience in a business environment required.
- Proficiency in typing (60–80 WPM) and working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
